any way

what really are we getting out of the Motorola chips or the yamaha DSP chips or ???


seems like if many companies are using the motoroals...are they affectivly the same under the hood?


And is the processor where the majority of our investment is in the price?

are some good bad and ugly?

are we talking something like MAC, INTEL AMD?

Are you talking as in a AVR?

Any *chips* in an AVR would be more specialized than a computer processor, although all *chips* refered to in this manner would likely be classified as processors.

yes I was taliking about the AVR chips

I was just making a comparison as to if the AVR chips are as different as the MACs ans PCs for example.
