Does anyone have experience with the revel speaker line, I was looking at this sub in paticular.

The Revels I have heard were outstanding, but godawful expensive.

I listened to the Revel Performa M20 bookshelf and they were smooth like butter but at $2000/pair. They were utterly non fatiguing yet not veiled in the least. Great speaker if you are looking for a bookshelf in the $2000 range. Haven't heard the Revel subs but just because they make a great main speaker doesn't mean the subs are going to automaticlly be good. I'd like to find out though.

I've always wanted to hear those M20's, but haven't had the chance. If you can, give the Energy Veritas 2.2i a listen. That's a very, very nice sounding bookshelf speaker as well. Though again, at $1500+ it ought to be.

The Veritas sure does get a lot of rave reviews. I just might have to pop into one the local dealers and give them a listen.
