Maybe it says somewhere but I couldn't confirm if any of the factory outlet blems are customer returns. A blem is a speaker I could live with but a customer return would make me nervous.

If I'm not mistaken, all customer returns are sold el cheapo to employees and family. They do NOT end up in the Factory Outlet.
