Wall mount M22TIs, too high? - 10/30/04 11:36 PM
Hi,
Looking at the photo of my room, you can see I don't have much room up front. I'm not reorganizing, there is no room for my computer desk elsewhere. I'm going to have to wall mount speakers about 5 feet above the groudn (that's how tall the DVD rack is on the left). The center will have togo underneath the TV.
The question I have is, how will this sound? If I use the $70/pair wall mount, it allows me to tilt the speakers left/right/up/down. My listening area is about 9-10 feet away, but ears are only about 3 feet above the ground (so the speakers, if headed straight, would be well above ear level).
Any suggestions? Room is 11x11x8. I am going for QS4/QS8 in rear...Thanks.
