What is this guys deal? He has a bunch on ebay saying that he will sell them for $700 bucks. This is a 6k reciever. Is he just running a huge scam an ebay hasnt caught him or what?

Yep that's what happens when you click on those spoof E-Bay emails and enter your password. They rip off your account and then try to rip off people with fake auctions. Check out the other items that are supposedly for sale.
