Guys,

Can anyone of you or Alan tell me what;s inside the QS4 that may loose or some sort...I just got my Speakers and one of the QS4, as I was inspecting it, I heard some loose thing inside the QS4, it's like a screw/nuts/connector left inside the QS4 when they are closing it :-)....can you anyone tell me? Can I open it and check it or probably not to avoid voiding my Warranty? If I can open it without voiding my warranty, can you tell me how ? I am just trying to avoid the hassle of shipping back the item, but if I don't have a choice of course I'll ship it back...I am just awaiting for Amie's reply...Thanks...

Please call Joe Vassallo on the Axiom toll-free line and he'll tell you what to do. Don't call him on Wednesday because he isn't there on Wednesdays.

He'll lead you through finding out whatever it is that's rattling about and may ask you to return a part or the speaker for replacement.
