Looks like the Japanese version of the Texas Flood SACD to me.

It's just a normal CD. Blu-Spec is a marketing gimmick. They just build the glass master with Blu-ray mastering gear, there's no additional fidelity gained by the process.

Exactly what I suspected. Blu: it's the new green pen.
