Anyone else have the M60 v4s? What did you have before? How did the v4s compare to your old speakers? How are they for two channel stereo sound? Need some owner feedback!

Happy Friday to you Easterners!
I have M60v4's - previous was M60ti's (in the home theater) and Ascend Sierra 1's.

There are things I like about the Sierras and things I like about the M60v4's, still struggling to separate "differences in speakers" from "bookshelf speakers on stands vs full-range". Really need a pair of Sierra towers and a pair of M3v4's to be sure what I'm hearing.

But very happy with the M60v4's. They're hooked up full time and the Sierras are off to one side. The M60ti's seemed just a tiny bit harsh for full-time music speakers (although perfect for HT) but the v4's are noticeably smoother and I'm finally getting back to the sound I remember from my mis-spent youth.
If your 'mis-spent' youth was anything like mine, then I think I'll enjoy the M60s. Glad I made that choice. Thanks for the review!
I have a newer center channel vp180 and an older set of m80's maybe version 1 or 2 . I notice a difference in the tweeters, the newer one sounds better and the crossover does highs better than the old ones, what changed for the worse was the older speakers had nice brass binding posts to connect your speaker wire while the new one has cheap plastic ones. I think Axiom should go back to the nice brass ones even if the speaker costs a few bucks more. I am only using the center for movies so it is really hard to say but the titanium tweeter seems to be a big improvement but it still blends well with the older speakers. I push them all a lot and they do very very well. The soundstage is crystal clear on the front and I am happy. I noticed that the newer design keeps up with high paced piano music a bit better and you can tell they did some work to the crossovers.
