I was looking around at amps, and found this Carver TFM series. Supposedly Bob Carver tried to make an SS amp sound more like a tube amp, and came up with this amplifier.

I've read varying opinions (mostly polarized) on this amp. I trust the folks on this board... anyone heard this? Any impressions?

I have a Carver TFM-15 100 watt stereo amp. I am using it to drive my M80s. It has a clearer sound than my Elite 53TX in stereo mode.
