I got my 60's today. I was playing with the idea of 80's, but I have to admit that the 60's have lots of punch. They have a different sound from my last speakers. I am glad that you get the 30 days to test them. Some people here have noted that you will hear things that you never heard before. I second that. Dark Side of the Moon has some backround "noise" that I never really noticed before. Anyone else out there surprised by the sound? I am not sure what I was expecting.....

I thought I heard a number of funny noises when listening to known albums on new M2s, then realized I was hearing things like strings hitting the fretboard, performers clearing their throat, floors creaking as they shifted from one foot to the other...
It's been a year and I haven't found a real problem yet. Followed the M2s up with M60s, VP100 then QS8s.
Congrats. Love my system. Hope you have many happy listening hours.
dark side of the moon wasn't mastered all that well in my opinion. i hear the background hiss. and yes, it's the new sacd. what are you driving the 60's with?
Right now, I am using an old Kenwood pre-amp and power-amp.
