Randy, your camera did fine. The important thing is that we were able to make out the nameplate.
Lovely! They look fantastic. Nothing like the smell of new electronics - especially amps. Take a deep sniff... Ahhhh..
And how do they sound?!
Randy,
It looks very minimalist and very clean...the way an amp should look.
Can you tell us what output devices are used (the rectangular-looking things mounted on the heatsinks)?
Are you talking the rectangular black things, appears to be 4, attached to the backside? I'd have to pop the case and look, appears by the picture there is a name on them, don't recall..
Yes, that's what I'm referring to. Maybe next time you have the cover off you can check the part description.
The output devices are Sanken 2SC2922 and 2SA1216 ring emitter transistors.
Still havent gotten your faceplates yet randy? I noticed you didnt show any shots of the front
Here's how you guys can tell if they are real or fake.
With those output devices, you should have no problem getting 300W out of each block provided you ventilate them properly.
Can you not tell from the font?
I am in no way suggesting that Klaus knowingly uses fakes. Sometimes fakes sneak through and it's not the manufacturer's fault.
No, according to the front theyre genuine but never know, Them counterfeit guys could have gotten smart.
They look good to me. Enjoy!
Klaus would not associate with suppliers that are shady.
