It is good that you got the 60's. You will not be disappointed. The guys with the 80's faint a lot due to the superb quality of the 80's - so they don't enjoy their speakers as much as the 60's crowd.

Well.....I guess I missed that "nuance"......but, seriously, folks, the 60's are awesome. I would audition the 80's if there was anyone close - which there is not - I just can NOT imagine anything sounding any better? I would echo some of the comments that I have heard - the limitaion now seems to be the recordings - not the equipment.

YOU ARE RIGHT! I got m80s I been in shock for a week.
