Hello All,
I am a new Axiom owner and wanted to report that I found a spade that fits the M22ti, VP100, and QS8 binding post. It is AudioQuest's 1056 S/G (silver or gold) and it fits the Axiom binding post snuggly. It also appears to allow enough clearance to wall-mount the QS8's but I am not sure of this as mine are stand-mounted.
I purchased these connectors as a no charge option with AudioQuest Type 4 cables from The Cable Company (www.fatwyre.com). This store and others also sell the spades separately.
