I'm sure this is explained somewhere, but I've looked all over and I can't find any information on the upgrade program. I currently have QS4's and I'd like to upgrade to QS8's.

The Upgrade program was only ever a "beta" test. It has now been dropped in favor of the Axiom Auctions site: http://deals.axiomaudio.com/

Andrew, as Chris mentioned Axiom has gone to a new auction system where you can sell your used equipment and they pretty much handle the transaction for you. You can they apply your earnings to what you would like to purchase. With that said, you might just call Axiom and see what they tell you since this is a new offering. Depending on how new your Qs4's are, they might work on an upgrade deal with you...can't hurt to try...
