Have recently moved and I am now in the process of re-establishing my theatre. I intend to have two surround speakers at the side and two behind for a 7.1 set-up. I currently own a pair of QS4's and a pair of QS8's.

My question is placement, should the 8's be at the side or at the rear with the 4's taking the other position. Thanks for your opinions. (They will be mounted from the ceiling).

I would go 8's to the side and 4's to the rear as there is more content from the side than the rear channels.
