Know what be cool is a dark tint window across the front of the amp towards the top and inside a LED Light or to so one could see the electronics
Or the top be a dark clear glass.

No one is responding because you failed to say that the LED would be blue.

No. it needs an adreno board so you can change the colour of the LED's to reflect the mood of the songs you are listening to.
