Im currently considering purchasing a Bryston Amp for a pair of M80's. I was wondering which of the Bryston's would be best suited for these speakers. The room i would be using them in is relatively small (13x12), but i have ambitions to move them to a larger room sometime in the future. Any thoughts on the driving capabilities of the 2B over the larger 3B or 4B? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Why, the biggest and best one of course!

Bryston is a Canadian mfg'er of high end audio equipment

I have driven a pair of older Axiom AX3's (M50/60 equivalents) with a 2B and remember this being a very capable combination. The AX3's were much less efficient (87-mid 90's) and had no trouble filling a larger room with ample sound.

Makaveli:

I can't how the 4B/M80 will sound like, but I had a 3B-ST and it was just ok. Soundstage depth and width is very good, but I just feel the sound is a bit polite -- nice and quaint, but I wanted more dynamics, and the bass was just a bit lean. I'm in the market for a 4B NRB myself.
