was wondering if there was anyone in the tacoma washington area that would allow me to audition the axioms,ascent,or any other speakers that are in this price range. also trying to find someone with B&W or pardgim(how ever it is spelled)

I've never been to the Ascend forum. I still live near Tacoma. I will try to work something out with Larry.

never mind for now i went with ascend for 2 reasons.
1.The M2i is the only speaker that would fit in entertainment center
2.wife doesnt want floor speakers

You should be pretty happy with Ascends as well. Did you get the 170's or 340's?

i got the 170's with the 340 center

now im trying to see if i need to upgrade my receiver or if i should just with a amp

also i might go with the 170s for the rear set,dont know yet
