Can anyone recommend a 5 channel amp to push M80s or M60s. Last year when I asked Axiom they said they have an Outlaw processor/amp they use, I'm not sure he was talking about the Outlaw 7.1 amp to go with that processor.
Could be 5.1, my sub doesn't need the juice and I'm not going to the 7.1.

Back speaker seems to insignificant from several users. I plan on using my Sony DA3ES as my processor.

Time to push some iron!!

Hello BJ, no, no tubes, just a nice big, honest, honking pressed sand amplifier.

Hey, better pressed sand than melted sand.

Love those big, fat heat sinks. . .!

The RMB-1075 barely even gets warm. I can play it hard and loud for hours, and it's literally barely warmer than room temp.

If you can still find one, the Marantz MM9000 (advertised as 5x150, but my owner's manual says 5x170) can be found online for as little as $600-700. I have never found anybody to say a bad word about this unit, so I am not sure why they are available at that price, but I have one and I am very happy eith it. I am using it to drive M60x2, VP100 and M2x2. I have had it so loud I almost couldn't stand it, and I have yet to see any of the lights which indicate imminent clipping come on. Definitely the best bang for your buck in power amps I have seen out there.
