I am considering buying axium speakers and am trying to decide between the M80ti or the M60ti's. I live in a loft apartment with about 10,000 square feet of cubic space. Does anyone have any advide ?

Thanks in advance

Gear is important to which way to go, but I can say right off (as a New Yorker who's seen plenty of lofts in his day) that the M80s would probably be a good choice for filling the space. The M60s can do it, and sound quite like the M80s... but they just won't be able to be as loud in that big a space.

I'm also in the process of buying and amp and cd player. I've narrowed it down to either the Rotel RA 1062 or NAD C352

I would suggest the M80s for the space you have to fill. While both amps you have listed will push a 4 ohm load might I suggest you take a look at H/K 3480 stereo reciever. It is rated at 120 watts into 8 ohms. This too will handle the M80s at 4ohm and should be about 180 @ 4 ohm. That should be plenty of power to get the 80s up running good in a 10,000 cubic ft. loft.

With that many cubic feet to fill I say M80ti all the way.

I also have a RA-1062 and love it.
