Last night and this morning (three different computers), I tried clicking to buy seem M3Tis and they all go to "#" tag links that do nothing! Then I noticed that many products have buy links that don't work. Anybody seeing this? Is this common?

Never seen it before, but then again they are making more site changes than normal so something might have gotten broken. I have emailed the webmaster to make sure they know.

In the meantime probably just give them a call on the phone...

Oh dear . . . the anti-phone crowd is on the boards again! Tee hee!

We can't replicate the error here in Netscape, IE or Mozilla - unless we turn java script off. Can you tell me if you have any settings like that? Sorry for the trouble!

I'm part of the pro-phone crowd. Always put my orders in by voice. Part of it is a sick mental game I like to call "Brent or no Brent". In my 5 calls, think he answered 4 times.

Starting to think it's just a pseudonym whoever answers the phone uses.

Out of probably ten calls, Joe always answered.
Very helpful fellow.

This is odd, indeed.

I'm on Macs; Safari and IE both go nowhere when clicking on "add pair to cart" or "add single to cart," for ANY bookshelf. Throughout the site, some items I could successfully add to cart (FM Brackets, Epic Grand Master 175 -- I wish -- some I could not (bookshelfs, towers).

Java/javascript enabled on these browsers.

Of course when I opened Mozilla, I was able to successfully place the order. So I'm looking forward ... (hope it ships today?)

Maybe sometime I'll call y'all just to show I'm not "anti-phone"

I ordered online about 2 weeks about using the latest version of FireFox. No troubles at all.

I ordered my M50s on line about a week earlier with no problem either-I would have used the phone cause I also had a couple of questions, but the wife made a comment(in the way that only a wife can)about wasting cell phone minutes, so...

If anyone out there gets a second . . . we ran a bunch of tests Friday and sure enough, we were mac-impaired. We (ahem - they) made a special script to change the page if you're coming in from a Mac - any tests would be much appreciated. It's live on the bookshelves, centers, etc. but not the home theater packages yet.

Many thanks!

So if I test this and accidentally order a pair of M60s, you won't make me pay, will you?
Posted By: James_T Re: online ordering broken? - 04/03/05 04:57 PM
I was able to add one pair each of the options on the M22 on my ibook. And I got the discount! Only $2508.00 to actually buy them all....

I haven't done an exhaustive test, but was able to add about $7,500 to my cart using one of the browsers that failed last week.

Now where do I put all that stuff
Posted By: Wegiz Re: online ordering broken? - 04/03/05 08:10 PM
Yep, still working for me using Firefox.

Someone needs to tell Brother Bob that this is just a test. I think he's ordering a pair of M80s...
