I thought i would post this little snippet outside of my last review for those who might pull up a search.

For nearly 20% off the 'new' price you can get speakers that barely have anything noticeable in the way of 'flaws'.

Ya, you could say i'm pretty damn happy. I just cut the costs of my new system by almost four hundred bucks!!

Need i say more?...other than the fact the speakers sound excellent of course.

See I told you (or was that somebody else) that the VP150 was BIG! Its bigger than your TV!!!! HA!

Also... what are you going to use for stands for the QS8s now that those beautiful maple M22s are going back???

Yes the VP150 is far larger than my puny 20" television. THat is the next item on our list to buy.
We have about 8 more months of payments on our bedroom set then we pick up a large screen tv on another no payment, no interest plan for x years.

As for the speaker stands (and a new a/v rack), we are looking around, again mostly for anything that is not black.

At the present time i have one QS8 on the shelf to the left and another QS8 sitting on one of the wood boxes to the right. My question about sitting the QS8 on a speaker stand or a shelf was answered once they arrived. LIttle rubber feet can be placed (and are provided by Axiom) underneath the QS8 so you don't have to buy/make a special speaker stand that allows the 'venting' of the bottom firing woofer.
I'm thrilled.
Now i guess i should test that vp150 for buzz eh?
