First off I should state that I am not selling my speakers because I do not like them...rather I like them so much that I upraded even when I probably should have saved money. Now I need to roll some of the cost of my older m22s and vp100 into my m80s and vp150.
Aside from the obvious answer of ebay, what are my options? It turns my stomach to paypal both ebay seller fees and the paypal fees. Thanks!
Home Theater Forum and Home Theater Spot are two that come to mind. Good luck.
I would think any place would have fees. I will tell you this. I have tracked many Axiom sales on ebay and many other brands as well. I find it amazing how much people pay on ebay. I have seen M22 after shipping is added go for just under the factory outlet price. I mean 20.00 or 30.00 dollars.
Congrats on moving up to the 80's. I'm sure they will be worth any bite you take. How long have you had the 22's and what finish are they in? I am considering getting a pair. I just didn't expect to be getting them so soon.

Not sure if you are in Canada or the US, but the "Canuck Audio Mart" is a great used equipment site in Canada :
http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/
I got them in January of '04. They are in Boston Cherry are in perfect condition.
Interested in the vp100 and possiblly qs4s - want to pm me what you are asking?
Yes, prices on ebay seem to go way higher than expected. I have tried to purchase electronics before and ended up outbid. I buy CDs off ebay often though (and sell those that I don't like too). People (especially new ebay users) seem to visit it a lot, having fun bidding and making purchases without doing their home work. You may want to try ebay, you can possibly get a decent price to cover all your costs of listing and paypal.
Audiogon.com costs USD 4.00 for every listing, no matter what kind of.
Boston cherry is my color. PM me a price for the 22's.

Sending PMs does not violate the rules of this forums does it? I don't wish to upset anyone.
I'm interested in your M22's how much are you asking?
Thanks
Mario
hi JServ,
If you have access to craigslist in your area, I know there isn't a fee. A friend just used it to sell a Sony 34-inch HD CRT set, and another acquaintance bought one through craigslist.com
Regards,

The Axiom folks asked us not to use the site for buying and selling equipment, be it Axiom or other mfgs. I think the issue is that anyone running a site for this purpose ends up getting sued by a disgruntled purchaser or seller eventually -- and rather than having to insure and disclaim against that they would rather avoid the problem in the first place.
Probably PM'ing to exchange email addresses would be OK but probably best if you do the rest of the discussion off the site. I am only giving my best guess here, not attempting to enforce.
I highly recommend
craigslist. That's the first place I list everything I want to sell. I just sold a computer through the site and I also sold my Paradigms there about 1.5 years ago after I bought my M22s.
Go to the site and look for your city (or one near you) on the right side.
Yeah just stay away from the "casual encounters" section
and you'll be fine. LOL
Heh. I like the best-of, myself.
Are you in US or Canada? I am interested in m22ti, qs4 and vp100. Could you please PM me about price if they are available?
I sold my M60s on ebay for $560 plus shipping which pleased me. They were listed for 5 days.
I had them listed on Audiogon for a month for $500 with no takers.
I would look into
www.audioholics.com on the left hand side it has a link to sell your items for free. Direct link if you want it,
http://forums.audioholics.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=37. They have alot of great reviews there as well.... 5/5 for the Epic80-600 system.
