anyone know a good guide to axiom speaker placement, a link or something. also i saw radio shack has 2 type of SPL meter, an analog and a digital one, which one is more precise or better?

Either the analog or digital will do the job just fine. Some prefer the analog, saying it's easier to read the needle than a digital readout. I have owned both, and prefer the digital, not finding it difficult to read in the least. However, if money is a factor the analog will perform flawlessly. Go with the one that floats your boat.
