hi there im new here i have the ax 1.2s and the ax 2s.they are running off a pioneer vsx409 .so i shanged my living room around and i waz listening to music.so i put mt ear down by the ax2s and i counld not here any highs.so i took the tweet out and to me the just a magnet whit two wires .is this wright or am i lossing it lol.the other thing is my ax 1.2 tweet died so i took the one out off the ax 1.2 center so now the speaker works fin but no center.i emailed axiom a wile back but no responce.thanks dave from canada eh

The tweeter is pretty much just a magnet with two wires, but there is a voice coil embedded in the magnet along with a dome-shaped cone. The wires should connect to the voice coil.

On the newer tweeters the face plate also carries the cone and voice coil so if you take out the wrong screws you will end up just holding the magnet. I've done that a couple of times by mistake...

well just took out the tweets out of ax2 .they do not work now that is 3 tweets gone.1 ax1.2 and 2 ax 2 .what could have happened to them.i bareley even uses them ,but when i do its preety loud.help a dude out thanks dave take care..i took pics from my cam but they wont go
