Is this cable sufficient for my subwoofer(considering it's length etc.)? As my buddy Mojo suggested I and going to try placing my subwoofer on my side wall this weekend and will be joining it to another cable which is approximately 15 ft.
Thanks guys
I've used a generic 25" sub cable from home depot with no problems.
Woah...didn't know Home Depot sold sub cables!
Oh, fine, a generic RCA cable from Home Depot. Or Radio Shack. One of them.
I've also used RG6 with RCA adapters on each end. Works fine, very cheap for long runs.
Our local Home Depot and Lowes sells just about most cables or wires associated with our little hobby and at very reasonable prices. RG6 with the RCA adapters as Oldskool is referring works perfectly well, that's what we have for all of our subwoofer cable runs.
Sure Cam, that should be fine if the price is right(hopefully less than $10). Any coaxial cable with an RCA plug on each end works.
Monoprice has some nice sub cables for under $10.00
