Can you take the fuse with you to an electronic parts store and get one that matches?

You need a 1.25 amp slow-blow.

I would definitely call Axiom. Not only would they tell you exactly what you need (and likely send it to you), but I would ask them what possibly could have blown the fuse. I would be more worried about the cause.

Good point sushi. I once replaced a fuse in a washing machine's control panel, only to have it blow immediately once I turned it on again. Sometimes the cause is downstream.

that must have been a maytag washer lid switch; they all went bad. should have replaced the entire switch, not just the fuse. if you still need one, it's #22001682, plenty in stock at $22.00.

I'm not sure what brand it was, but it was likely a Maytag. When the fuse blew after I replaced it, I called a repair guy.
