I'm trying to understand the directions provided with my AudioBytes, but I don't seem to be getting any sound from the EPZero. To quote the instructions "If you purchased an Axiom EPZero subwoofer then using the dual purple ended cable supplied with your EPZero, plug one end into the purple output marked “Sub” on your Audiobyte amplifier and the other end into the subwoofer." Firstly, the amplifier has two subwoofer outputs as referenced; however the one referred to as the "purple out" is actually more pink than purple. And the "dual purple ended" cable does not fit in the "purple out". Connecting the subwoofer to the other "sub" out produces no sound. Am I doing something wrong, or do I just need a different cable?

Michael

Yeah, the instructions are wrong. It should plug into the middle "sub" connector, so if it's not producing sound, there's some kind of problem. You'll probably need to contact Axiom.
Ken is right. By the way, what's the circular thing above the caution label?
Cigarette lighter plug.

I'm old.
Sub trim. Can we get a pic of the sub? It should be one of the M3 based models. I don't think the original would work with this.
