its funny I just came across this exact article yesterday when researching some Urban Myths for school.

i want to know what kind of moron starts a silly rumour that putting green felt marker on the side of your cd will make it sound better.........................

must be the same people who said red sheathing will give you warm sounding cables, black sheathing a dark sound, and blue and white a very cold sound....

It's the sort of thing I wish I had thought up for sheer entertainment value.

you have to think that guy is sitting back laughing his a** off at all the seemingly-intelligent people yak endlessly about how well this works. A joke that made it a little too far I think.
