I want to put my cables into my walls to get rid of all the cable clutter, but I have a few questions. Are there any wall jacks that have a component tv cable connector. I have found RCA jacks. Do these pass through the hd signal. I know I can use it to run my subcable through it, but I didn't know if it would pass an HD signal. Also how do you run an HDMI cable through your wall and make it look nice. Thanks for the tips guys.
JH, RCA connectors have a lower impedance(40 ohms or so)than the 75 ohm coaxial cables, but over the half inch or so distance involved in the connector the effect isn't significant. They don't create any problem with HD signals.
