Are Axiom drivers made in house or are they farmed out?

Somebody will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they are made at an Axiom-owned factory in China..... I think!

I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that Axiom does not own the factory that makes the drivers in China.

Actually, I bought some doughnuts on Saturday morning. Your basic doughnut is now $.75 down here. Pretty soon, "Dollars to doughnuts will be meaningless." We'll have to change it to dollars for garlic, or green onions or something.

Just out of curiosity... Why should it matter where the driver's are made?

I'd assume one of two reasons... either they feel a certain country's build quality is superior, or they're politically active and worried about quality of life issues for workers or for economic sanction reasons.

AFAIK they are designed in Canada but manufactured in China. The Axiom factory tour includes the room where all the driver experimentation and prototyping takes place.

Well I picked my speakers up at the factory and drove them home so I suppose I qualify as an "Axiom Driver". If it's any of your business I was made in Canada.
