funny you mentioned 60hz because that's what accueq recommended for all speakers. i upped that so the sub would have more to handle.. anyways, i'll run it without sub and see what's what.

When you up the cross-over, there are two effects: 1. the sub has to spread its power over more spectrum and 2. the higher bass may drown out the lower bass in your room. One or both of these effects may reduce your thump which takes place predominantly between 45Hz and 75 Hz.

It's also quite possible you have a thump null in your room. You may have to move your seat and equipment.

without sub was MUCH better. it threw the m22s into full mode so i set those to 60Hz as well. punchy, not boomy, i likey.
