I went with a Perlesmith PSTVS13 swiveling TV stand. Assembly took no more than 30 minutes, and the quality was fine.
A downside of a swivel design using a single axis bolt is that it's wobbly if jostled. The new TV lacks a 50/50 weight distribution from left to right, so I had to mount the television off center by more than an inch to keep it level. But the price was right, and there's no obvious skimping otherwise.
