I'm really looking forward to playing Assassin's Creed III. I loved the immersive environments and fluid motion in II and everything I've seen of III make me drool.
Problem is, I don't have an XBOX, PS3, Wii U, or a PC, but I could install Windows on my Mac....

I haven't played assassins freed 1 or 2 yet... Thinking I may try the series eventually.

Assassins Creed (the original) is one of the few games in my collection that I didn't even bother playing through to the end. Extremely repetitive gameplay and dialogue. After the 3rd assassination I got so bored with the game. Same routine over and over again. Haven't followed the series since the original so I don't know how it has evolved.

I still need to pick up Borderlands 2 and Dishonored at some point, too. |

Dishonored is currently $30, too, but I think I'll wait on that one. Borderlands 2 is entertaining so far, but I'm definitely out of practice on first-person shooters. Hopefully I stick with it and improve. In other news, I got a new high score on Diamond Mine mode in Bejeweled 3. It had been forever. Mark of the Ninja is pretty good so far. I didn't get the hang of the controls in Shank, so I didn't play very far in that one, but it seems like the studio is improving, as I find this one reasonably intuitive. I don't usually have the patience or the creative thinking to tackle stealth games, but I'm enjoying this one. |

Oh, yeah, I also started playing the first episode of The Walking Dead. I really like the look of the game. But of course I'm really tense when playing it. I'm too easily freaked out.

I hear ya on Walking Dead. It took me forever to complete Ep 1 on my iPad. The worst was playing just before bed. I was so amped I couldn't sleep. I also did the Steam deal for 50% and got the whole series. The only negative is that I can't move my save point from iOS to the OSX version.

I've been playing Super mario brothers and nintendo land on my Wii U. Liking the console so far. nitendo land is a blast with a group and still very fun and challenging for solo play as well. I have had a couple of system freezes so far, hopefully they issue a software update to fix the problem. New Super Mario Brothers U is much harder than I anticipated but very fun.
I bought some used (listed as "like new") wii remotes on amazon that turned out to be broken or faulty. Going to pony up the cash and get 4 new wii remotes for 5 player gameplay (including the game pad). Glad I purchased the console, but ready for some more killer games. Probably will pick up skyward sword for wii soon.
