Jeep hit a 'Jeep culture' high note when they built the Rubicon. The change to a long wheel base wrangler style has proven a popular compromise for the urban market but otherwise, new models have been tumbling further and further down the hill of metro-sexuality.
To quote folk singer Malvina Reynolds' song, now made famous by the show Weeds... "Now they are all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same."
