Klipsch was one of the pioneers of audio, named after Paul Klipsch. They are always classified by several traits - horn tweeters, EXTREME clarity, uncanny efficiency and heavy bottom end. There are many pros and cons about all of these issues, and you really should listen to them.

In my listening, the best sounding Klipsch was the Klipschorn. This was the flagship, and is still available. It is however not a cheap, or small speaker.

Based on listening to other models(but not the RF3), I would believe that the model you are looking at would be badly outclassed, and outperformed by many quality speakers on the market today - including the Axioms.
