Good evening everyone. Today I installed the firmware upgrade from Denon, which is said to address sub/bass issues with Audyssey Eq. Since the noise levels in my house today have prevented me from re-running the auto eq after upgrading, I went ahead and began using the 4806 as usual. I noticed that I could only get sound through the manual eq and eq off modes. None of the auto eq settings produced sound.
My thinking is that I have to re-run the auto eq again, which will set the Audyssey Eq. But I would think that I should at least get sound using my old settings.
Has anyone upgraded their 4806?
