You're welcome. Once you get the hang of calibrating, it's not very difficult to do. One thing to remember is that calibration is absolutely the right place to start, but it is ONLY a start. Once calibrated, feel free to adjust things to your liking. Some of us run our center channels and/or subs a little hotter than the other speakers, some of us don't. Set your system up so it sounds good to YOU.

I'm so glad you've finally gotten your "really nice sound system." If you're like most of us, you'll discover a renewed love of music, and movies. I just turned 60, and didn't have my eyes (and ears) opened until I was 58, so you're getting yours opened sooner than I did. Enjoy!
