Thanks for the tip, I had assumed that someone from Axiom monitored these forums. I emailed Axiom and here's what I got back:

Thanks for your email. The CT-6 is part of the CHT6 Home Theater Package: http://www.axiomaudio.com/CHT6.html It was discontinued in 2002; it retailed for $249 / pair.
