Either center will do fine for that room, a lot depends on your budget. In regards to the sub, again what is your budget. I previously had the EP350 and my room is a lot bigger than yours, almost 900 Sq Ft, and the 350 did a fine job. I recently upgraded to a EP500 to help with the bigger space. Also, keep in mind you can order from the factory outlet to get the additional 10%, and if you order 5 or more speakers, you get 5% more.
