I'm quite a way off from beating you SirQuack.
My panoramic photos are a bit distorted and make the room look "cavernous" (it is, when compared to the area at our previous home). The overall dimensions are 27' deep, 25' wide, 8'2" high (with the exception of the framed area around the ductwork).
Sectional sofa delivered late yesterday. Final inspection completed today. I am still working to install the ceiling. The echo is nowhere near as bad as it was. I expect to only improve with the addition of other furnishings.
As much as I would love to have dedicated HT seating, I sold my wife when finishing the basement on the added family room and space for our 3 year old to play. ...so no, I doubt I'll ever be able to seat many more than 15 "close" (very close) friends.
...now that my wife is home, I'm sure I'll become more productive.
