Ouch. How did they get to the tweeter cones -- did they poke through the little covers somehow ?

Lots of people get the dust covers on the woofer/midrange speakers poked in and consensus seems to be that the sound is not really affected if you pull 'em back out with tape or vacuum cleaner, but I have to think that a poked in tweeter will be more of a problem.

Definitely give Axiom a buzz and see what they recommend.
