Mark, I would think the 7125 should be more than enough for your needs, unless you want to play at insane levels. The 7125 will give you 190wpc through your 4ohm M80's.
I use a Argaon 2005, it's a 5 channel amp that puts out 200wpc and I can crank the M80's in a 20,000 cu ft area to earsplitting levels.
