Well it is time pull the trigger on the system: M80x2/150/500/QS8x2. My question concerns the rear surrounds. I posted here yesterday (

Essentially it is a 13x30 with 11.5 ft ceilings open kitchen/LR type layout in an apartment building. The TV and gear will be against one 13' wall, the listening position will be ~10 feet back from there, and I'll have quite a bit of leeway in positionnig the side QS8s. For the rears, though, they will have to go on top of the kitchen cabinets on the opposite 13' wall, ~20' behind the sofa and the full 30' away from the fronts. They will be ~9 feet off the ground. Should I get 4 QS8s and build a mounting thing for the rears so that they can stick over the edge of the cabinet properly (and thus allow the bottom speaker to work properly) or get 22s and stick them up top? Any thoughts, anyone?
Can't wait to order. My soon to be neighbors have no idea what's coming......
