I have no idea if this is the case for this but, sometimes companies who produce newsletters send them out in batches if they deal in large quantities. By reducing the number sent per day, they have less chance of having their domain blacklisted as a spammer. Many ISP's use automated tools to monitor and shut people down. It can be frustrating to get corrected sometimes because it can happen in multiple places.

I got mine. But then again, I'm one of the people you don't want to P--- off by being a spammer. heh heh. \:\)
