Well my cable company was aboslutely no help. The claimed the problem was with my system, even though unlpugging THEIR cable fixes the problem.

An audio video store down the road from me sells what is called a magic box (Mondial Antenna Ground Isolation Circuit), supposedly made by klipsch: link here.

The product is $110!

I think I will be ordering the ground isolator from axiom for $48.

I am trying to find a cheaper fix than $50, but if I need to I will buy the isolator from axiom.
