Holy crap randy- your like the robobowler! I have an Ebonite that I got cheap on closeout to augment my columbia yellow dot. They tell me it was the cat's fur in 1978, still has a place in the bag though.
I'm thinking sirquack's place would an excellent midwest region gtg location.
I'm spoiled on the smell front- the town bowling center (all 4 lanes of it) does not allow smoking or alcohol. After going to a few tournaments elsewhere, I'm not sure I could stand it at some of those places. As for old people... my doubles partner at last year's city tournament was 87, bowled a 200 something iirc.
He cut back to 2 leages this year.
I may have to get a wii one of these days.
