CV, approximately what db are you listening to when the Onkyo clips? Crazy loud or average volumes?

Also, which Onkyo do you have? (sorry for the thread hijack, I'm just curious as the Onkyo question comes up a lot and I'd like to know a few more of the details for future reference).
