I think you're right on. I have a UPS shipping account and received notification today that they are raising their rates 6% starting in the calendar year to cover their own rising costs...

I think what people forget is that Axiom includes shipping in their prices, so in this case they're barely keeping pace with the increased costs of shipping. Add in the wildly fluctuating costs of the dollar and you can see why costs are changing like they are. (not that I like it... but I can at least understand it)
