For all those looking to jump in and explain to me why (or more likely just “that”) the wire does not matter, I'll attach my education on this matter as supplied by JohnK some time back. It's intense reading, but has what you need to understand some of the myth in the industry:
A Master's Degree in Wire . Later I will attach results of my test on wire replacements where I hooked my amp up to my kids toes and plugged their fingers in the speakers.
